Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher malfunctioning. Lack of Chlorine sanitizer for dishwasher. Only 2 containers of dishsoap found onsite and no chlorine solution feeding into dishwasher.
Dishes and utensils require sanitizing - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Items cleaned and sanitized during inspection. Facility owner filled two compartment sink with 200ppm Chlorine sanitizer solution and sanitized all dishes and utensils during inspection

Corrective Action(s): Facility permitted to remain operational provided sanitizer solution is obtained immediately and dishwasher is achieving final sanitizing rinse of 200ppm at the dish for Thursday December 6. All dishes and utensils are to be sanitized in two compartment sink until dishwasher final sanitizing rinse of 200ppm Chlorine is obtained. Use 1 cup of bleach for one full sink of water as determined by Health Inspector during inspection.

- Inside and outside of coolers (including seals)
