Comments

Facility not currently in use due to Rec. centre renovations
When in use, community groups use kitchen for teaching, snacks, etc.
Fridge currently filled with old product (expired milk - unopened, mouldy bags of food)
Temperature must be at 4C when in use. This system may require a servicing or repair in order to reach safe temperatures
Freezer functional at -10C
Dishwasher is not NSF approved, therefore not designed to sanitize.
**A manual sanitize step is required. This can be as easy as acquiring a plug for your sinks, and mixing 1 Tbs of regular, unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water. Soak for 2min then allow to air dry
General sanitation of facility needs work on exterior or cupboards, fridge, dishwasher, and the interior of the microwave.
