Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food temperatures on the steam table are ~45 C at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Instructed operator to adjust steam table temperature to ensure foods are maintained at/above 60 Celsius at all times. Operator indicates that steam table is still heating up and will reach adequate hot-hold temps very soon.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One of the two hand-washing stations was obstructed at time of inspection (bags of produce were placed in the basin).
Corrective Action(s): Ensure hand-washing stations are kept clear of obstructions at all times. The other hand-washing station was fully-stocked and accessible at time of inspection.

Observation: Observed 3 knives being stored in the gap between two tables, potentially exposed to contamination from the table edges.
Corrective Action(s): Operator has another magnetic knife strip in the food premises that hasn't yet been installed. Please install the additional knife strip to provide enough space to store all the knives on the wall.
