All coolers are now operating at 4C - you may now use the right prep cooler. thank you for continued efforts to rectify the problem. Be sure to monitor cooler temps atleast twice daily. Ensure coolers are routinely cleaned and maintained to prevent deterioration that will cause the cooler to not keep temperature (i.e. removing dust, cleaning gaskets, etc.
