Follow up to MTRG-AF9TCL
The following deficiencies have been corrected:
- Foods in prep coolers were mostly covered, exceptions were sliced onions, continue to keep all food products covered
- No onions stored on milk crates were stored on floor during time of inspection
- Partition for sweets was still available in display case
- Food debris accumulation located in hard to reach areas within facility (i.e., behind equipment, underneath shelving, underneath microwaves, underneath shelving in walk-in cooler) have been removed, areas cleaned
- Debris accumulation on common touch handles within facility (i.e., chest freezer handles, prep cooler handles, etc) has been reduced, continue to focus on 'hard to reach' and common touch areas
- During time of inspection, both handwashing stations in kitchen facility were accessible and fully equipped
