Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Scoops are not maintained in a sanitary manner
2. Ice machine is not maintained in a sanitary manner (observed some mould growth)
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure to wash the scoops in the dishwaser daily
2. Empty the ice machine, clean and sanitize. Incorporate cleaning of ice machine in your cleaning schedule to ensure that it is cleaned on a regular basis. DATE TO BE CORRECTED BY: August 23 2018

- Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sink
- 100ppm chlorine sanitizer available
- Low temp dishwasher achieved 50ppm chlorine residual
- Temperatures of refrigeration units meet regulatory requirements (<4C coolers, <-18C freezers)

ATTENTION:

- Handsink must be using for washing hands only. Do not store anything in the handsink and do not dump foods down this sink as it can clog the drain.

- Ensure to store RAW MEATS ON THE BOTTOM SHELF AND AWAY FROM OTHER FOODS IN COOLERS.
- Ensure to THAW FOODS IN COOLERS, NOT ON THE COUNTER.
