Observation: Domestic stand up fridge in the kitchen area only had an ambient air temperature of 9C. Only condiments, bread, and whole vegetables were stored within the unit,
Corrective Action(s): Fridge is not to be used to store cold potentially hazardous food unit it is capable of keeping food less than or equal to 4C. Repair or replace the unit if needed.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:
Facility primary offer lunch service.
High temperature dishwasher achieved a final rinse temperature of 76C at plate level,
Freezer units at -18C.
Small domestic drink fridge located in the connivence store area was at 11C. Fridge is only used to store bottled water and pop. Since unit is not capable of maintain a temperature less than or equal to 4C, it is not to be used to cold any potentially hazardous foods such as: dairy, meat, eggs, or cut vegetable & fruits.
