Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Wallk in cooler temperature was adjusted however food (milk, meat, etc.) is still at 44 F.

Corrective Action(s): Keep all meat, dairy, eggs, etc. at 4 C (40 F) or colder. Thermostat was adjusted by owner during inspection and air measured at the fan inside the walk-in is now at 40 F. Ensure adequate air flow..
