Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Paper towel roll was at the opposite end of the coffee bar (by dishwasher) at the start of inspection. Wall-mounted paper towel dispenser at the hand sink had been removed.
Corrective Action(s): Paper towels must be readily available and in immediate reach from the hand sink. Keep a roll of paper towels next to the hand sink at all times, ideally reinstall wall-mounted dispenser.

Corrective Action(s): Pull out all moveable equipment to ensure clear access and vision. Remove all droppings, then clean and sanitize areas.

Observation: 1) Large exposed hole in the wall to the left of the dishwasher, presumably for electrical work.
2) Exposed ceiling area directly above grease trap and mop sink.
Corrective Action(s): Consult with the building and with your pest control company to cover exposed areas as they may allow entrance of pests into the food establishment.

Note: one room that is currently being used for dry storage will be converted into a staff change room. There must be no food stored in this room once it becomes the change room.
