Observation: When water is drained through the left-compartment sink, the pipe underneath leaks water. A bucket is currently used to hold the leaked water.

- Prep cooler is now fully organized, no signs of decaying produce. Thank you for your co-operation
- Chef was on-site today and has FoodSafe 1 equivalent (Basics.FST 3rd, expiry: 2021)
- Discussed that an updated food safety plan / sanitation plan is required as the kitchen is now preparing foods for the snack bar, to be done by Sep 28
- Sanitizer on-site is EP50 Hydrogen Peroxide 3.95%. While Health Canada has approved for the use of peroxide-based food-contact sanitizers, operator does not have any test strips available. Therefore, it is recommended that you either obtain test strips from the manufacturer or use a quaternary ammonium based sanitizer (e.g. "Sani-Stuff" downstairs), which you have test strips for
