Observation: Millwork around dishwasher damaged. The vinyl finish around the corners and edges have chipped off exposing bare wood (appears to be Oriented Strand Board (OSB)). The exposed surface is no longer easily cleanable.
Corrective Action(s): Repair or replace millwork so all surfaces are smooth, non-absorbent and easily cleanable.

Routine inspection conducted

Temperatures:
Domestic fridge/freezer combo: 2.3°C / -20.1°C
Hot holding unit not present at time of inspection. Hot holding unit belongs to Amenida.

Sanitation:
Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels, and garbage receptacle.
High temperature dishwasher measured 73.3°C at plate surface during final rinse
Dishwasher used mainly for coffee cups and juice/water glasses
Dishes and cutlery all returned to Amenida kitchen for dishwashing
Pail of QUATS solution measured 200ppm
Caviwipes and antibacterial wipes also present.

Storage:
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

General:
No pest activity observed at time of inspection
