Follow up inspection:
-Two adequately sized drain plugs were available for the second 2-compartment sink near the chest freezers.
-Cold water faucet at the 2-compartment sink near the dishwasher was re-secured.
-100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the bucket with wiping cloths in the sushi bar.
-Food dehydrator/beef jerky maker equipment was removed from the food premises.

The following requires your attention:
Ensure the sushi bar cooler has a designated thermometer inside it; Correct within 1 week. In the meanwhile, use the thermometer from the under-the-counter cooler in the sushi bar to monitor temperatures of both refrigeration units.
