Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] (No liquid soap in the broken soap dispenser at the front hand washing station.
No paper towel in the staff washroom; the paper towel dispenser is empty and not properly attached to the wall. )
Comments

-Follow-up inspection to June 15, 2017.
-Handwash stations (front and washroom) easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-2-compartment sink prepared with 200ppm chlorine sanitizer. Sink must be prepared with bleach sanitizer during all hours of operation.
-Deli slicer, vegetable cutter, and inserts were found to be clean and sanitary. Slicer and cutter and cleaned and sanitized after each use and inserts are cleaned and sanitized daily.
-General cleaning has been carried out in the facility. Ensure facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary manner at all times.
