At the inspection dated Jan. 24, 2023 there were 23 children and 6 staff present.The manager was also on-site and assisted with the inspection. At this inspection, no contraventions were identified.
As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.
The following recommendations/discussions were provided:
- Continue to document minor incidents using the incident log bound book, and take note of any illness and unexpected events involving children not requiring medical attention, and that are not reportable incidents as described in Schedule H and staff to initial and write the date after each documentation
- Continue to clean and sanitize the facility including toys and equipment
- Active supervision
- Care plans and procedures
