All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. No evidence of pests, pest control comes on site monthly. General sanitation was satisfactory. Produce department: Quats sanitizer solution was at 200 ppm from the dispenser and spray bottles. Hand washing sink supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
