Corrective Action(s): Ensure that equipment is in working order; fix back sink to prevent leaking and ensure hand washing sinks are equipped with running hot/cold water, paper towel and liquid hand soap. Operator replaced front sink soap dispenser battery during inspection and now in working order. Violation Score: 3

Prep coolers at 4C or below. Walk-in cooler at 4C or below. Walk-in freezer at -18C or below. Prep Freezer at -12.5C. Hot Holding of chicken, fries, gravy at 60C or above. Temperature logs maintained and available. Food Stored off the ground and covered. Employees in uniform with hair tied back/covered. No pest issues noted during inspection. Rentokil completes monthly visits. General maintenance and sanitation is good.
