Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One cone of raw donair meat was left at the 3 compartment sink under ambient air temperature. Internal temperature measured at 16C. Staff stated she was waiting for the cooked cone to be finished and replacing it.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store any raw meats under ambient air temperature. Staff moved the raw meat cone back to the cooler.

Observation: Single use paper towels not readily available at the two hand washing stations.
Corrective Action(s): Staff move the roll of paper towels closer to the hand washing stations. Each hand washings station must provided liquid soap and single use paper towels at all times.

Observation: Paper towel dispensers at all hand washing stations were not working at the time.

- 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
- Storage practices satisfactory.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time.
