Comments

- General sanitation satisfactory.
- All handwash stations supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single use hand towels.
- Surface sanitizer available in designated bins and spray bottles at 200ppm QUAT sanitizer.
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration at the plate's level at 51C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
- Dry storage area has adequate space, shelves, cabinets.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. A third party pest control company inspects the facility on a monthly basis.
- Operating Permit with a valid decal posted in a conspicuous area.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.
- All ventilation hoods appear to be in sanitary condition.

Temperature control:
- Walk in cooler = 4
- Walk in freezer = -18C
- All coolers < or = 4C
- All freezers < or = -18C
- Hot warmer > 60C
- Working thermometers inside all coolers.
- Daily temperature log maintained and up to date.

Bar:
- All coolers at < or = 4C.
- Glasswasher dispensed 12.5ppm iodine concentration.

* The walk in cooler door does not completely close and there is an air gap. Recommend sealing the door to prevent cold air from escaping and increasing the ambient temperature of the walk in cooler.
