Observation: Mouse droppings observed in corners and edges of equipment room, particularly close to the doorway.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all mouse droppings from the room with a 1:10 dilution of bleach (1 parts bleach, 9 parts water). Consult with professional pest control company to seal off any potential entraceways. Doors are currently fitted with door sweeps, no visible gaps observed.

Spot check to assess current rodent activity. Kitchen not in use at time of inspection.

1. Cafeteria Kitchen
- No recent & visible signs of rodent activity present inside the kitchen area
- All mechanical rodent traps checked and were equipped with fresh adhesives at time of inspection
- Kitchen generally in very good sanitary condition
- Netting for rodents underneath sinks remains intact in corner of kitchen - good
- Professional pest control company was present today and did not observe any signs of rodent activity in the kitchen (See work order 10910524 in physical file)

2. Equipment Room
- It is recommended that students refrain from entering barefoot or playing inside the equipment room, as there are a considerable number of rodent droppings along the edges and corners of the room
- Follow the instructions above under code 304, and ensure that you continue monitoring for any rodent entry points and seal them as needed
