Follow-up Inspection Conducted - Refer to inspection report #SDHI-D35T8W for more information Observations: - General sanitation satisfactory - All hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - All food observed covered and stored at least 6 inches off the floor - Rodent droppings in samosa preparation area observed removed. All areas observed in sanitary condition. - Storage room in samosa preparation area observed re-organized. All packaging materials observed stored on shelving.
