Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)]
Observation: Reach-in display cooler was noted at 6.4C during the inspection when verified with a probe thermometer. The temperatures of some potentially hazardous food stored at this unit were noted as follow: Sliced tomatoes at 6.5C (open cooler), greek salad at 7.6C (open cooler), sliced mushrooms at 6.7C (in bottom of reach-in cooler).
Date to be corrected by: Immediately
Correction: All potentially hazardous food must be stored ≤ 4C at all time. If out of temperature control, potentially hazardous food can only be stored above 4C for no more than 2 hours. Due to lunch rush about to begin, all potentially hazardous food were allowed to be stored in this unit temporarily for 2 hours maximum (as per operator, food in this unit was placed in for about half an hour prior to inspection) then they must all be moved to another functioning cooler unit that is capable of maintaining ≤ 4C.

- Areas mentioned not sanitary during the last routine inspection (below the front upright cooler, vent hood, wall behind flat grill, interior of the back of house upright freezer, thermometer unit, dish sink sprayer head and 3-part sink area) are now noted cleaned and sanitary. Please maintain the premises in a sanitary condition at all time.

Thank you for correcting all the noted violations from the last inspection in a timely manner.
