- Person in charge changed. Legal owner is still Mr. India meat & restaurant Ltd. Submit copies of foodsafe level 1 training, updated food safety plan and sanitation plan if not in the file and completed application form.
- hand wash station stocked with liquid soap and paper towels
- walk in cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius
- prep cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius. Stainless steel prep cooler has ice build. Remove the ice accumulation.
- dishwasher final rinse has 50 ppm Cl
- 100 ppm cl available in a bucket
- no hot holding at the time of inspection
