General observations: Coolers were 4 degrees Celsius or less. Coolers were equipped with thermometers. Food products were stored in a safe manner. Storage areas were well organized. Hand sink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. All sinks equipped with hot and cold running water. General sanitation was good. No signs of pests. Chemicals were stored in a safe manner. Note: Operator is now also selling the drink powders (same powdered mixture used to prepared the bottled drinks) and are packaged onsite.
