- In the interim, food handlers preparing food in back prep area are to wash their hands at 2-compartment sink.
- All handsinks must be accessible and provided with hot and cold water, liquid soap and papertowels at all times.

- Pizza Prep Cooler: ≤4C
- Undercounter Cooler: 3C
- Beverage Coolers: ≤4C
- Walk-In Cooler: 2C
- Storage Room Upright Freezer: -18C
- Digital time tracking system in use for pizza displayed at ambient temperature. 2 hour shelf life. Leftover pizza slices at 2 hours are packaged for "Too Good To Go" Program and stored in walk-in cooler until items are picked up.
- Food storage practices appear satisfactory. Storage is organized, food is protected from contamination.
- 200 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizer solution available at work station and back prep area. **Ensure wiping cloths are stored in 100-200 ppm chlorine bleach solution (1 tsp chlorine bleach + 1 L water) between uses.**
- High Temperature Sanitizing Dishwasher: 76.1C at dish surface.
- General sanitation of premises appears satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection. **Keep back door that leads to shared mall corridor closed tight at all times to prevent potential pest entry.**
- FOODSAFE Level 1 requirements in compliance. Employee has valid certificate equivalent to FOODSAFE Level 1.
- Valid Permit to Operate posted.
