Premises is a shared commissary space.
Kitchen manager oversees operation of commissary including members adhering to food safety plan and sanitation plan. Kitchen manager also oversees overall kitchen operation, kitchen sanitation, and membership applications.
Kitchen manager is aware health approval is required for new members and menu additions for existing members.
