Cooler at 2C; freezer at </= -18C
Handsink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
***Bleach sanitizer spray bottle too strong (bleached the test strip) - reduced to 100 ppm *Recipe: 1/2 teaspoon bleach in 1 L of water. Please measure this out to prevent chemical contamination
Food stored in cupboard, >6" off the ground
Moslty pre-packaged foods, some minor cooking (cakes - add egg, macaroni, etc.)
Gave a thermal label and placed on dish to be run in dishwasher. Label must turn black to ensure that dishwasher is functioning at the required temperature to sanitize dishes. Take a photograph and send to the inspector at the e-mail below as soon as dishwasher cycle is completed. Thank-you.
