Follow up inspection conducted: -The handwash station at front (service area) is now supplied with hot & cold running , soap & paper towel. -All construction material is now removed. -Thermometers are available in all coolers and are noted in the easy view. -Ceiling tile is replaced and dry wall is placed in the gaps near ceiling above walk-in freezer. -General sanitation is satisfactory. *Permit fee for the amount $83.33 is collected via cheque (#16316) payable to Fraser Health for the months of Dec 2019 to March 2020. *Health Approval is granted. Please note this approval does not exempt you from obtaining approval from other agencies.
