Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Can opener blade observed to have bilt-up of food debris.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aformentioned item. Can opener blade must be cleaned and sanitized after each use or every 2 hours of continuous use.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer measured >200ppm. One staff informed that food contact surfaces are cleaned with bleach at end of day.
Corrective Action(s): Prepare bleach sanitizer to measure at 100-200ppm. Food contact surfaces must be sanitized after each use or every 2 hours of continuos use which ever is less.

Observation: QUATs dispenser measured <100ppm and hose observed to have black mold growing inside of the hose.
Corrective Action(s): Service the QUATs dispenser to measure at 200ppm and replace hose as vendors are using it to sanitize equipment for manual warewashing. Corrected by: 1 week.
