Follow-up Inspection Conducted today for report#JCHY-CJ9U8B. All outstanding violations in report#JCHY-CJ9U8B have been corrected: -Glasswasher measured at 73.7C final rinse temperature. -Walk-in freezer observed to be clear of ice build-up. -Underneath the cookline and exhaust hood vent observed to be in sanitary condition. Ensure that underneath the cookline undergo deep cleaning every week and exhaust hood vent is cleaned and sanitized 2x/week. Correction Order rescinded. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and towel.
