Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food contact surface sanitizer was measured >200 ppm chlorine and resulted in bleaching out the test papers. Education provided. 100-200 ppm chlorine sanitizer was prepared at this time.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
Ice machine is in sanitary condition.
Both chlorine and QUATs based sanitizer available. QUATs sanitizer measured at 200 ppm QUATs.
3 compartment sink is fully equipped for manual washing.
Toppings and teas are time tracked for ambient temperature holding.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time.
Staff with valid FOODSAFE level 1 certificate was on site.
