Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food grade oil was stored in a windex spray bottle.
Corrective Action(s): Foods can only be stored in food grade materials. Containers which were previously used for chemicals cannot be used to stored food. Oil was discarded at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw chicken was stored above potato salad.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure raw foods are stored below and separately from ready-to-eat foods to prevent potential contamination of foods. Chickens were relocated at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Display coolers were at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -15C.
-Chest freezer was at -17C.
-Chicken is cooked to order.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plugs available.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Sanitizer spray was tested at 200ppm bleach. Ensure container is relabelled as needed.
-Meat saw and grinder sanitized 2-3 times per day, and disassembled for thorough cleaning and sanitizing at the end of the day.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent training valid.
-Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.

-Capacity posted at the front entrance and staff ensure capacity is not exceeded.
