Bleach sanitizer bottle labelled and solution is now at 100ppm. Please use test strip to verify strength if unsure.
Sprouts stored in the cooler, staff shall be taking sprouts out from cooler to use.
No food being improperly cooled at time of inspection.
Mice droppings removed.
Lower mainland pest control company employed, service report reviewed.
Contract is monthly basis. Please retain all service reports onsite for review.
Holes in wall around mop bucket and two in staff washroom have been blocked.
Traps set up. Door sweep repaired.
Please continue to remove droppings and keep up kitchen sanitation to monitor for pest activity.
Towel hanging above staff washroom has been removed.
Faucet in ladies room have been repaired so that it can be easily used.
