Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Milk container stored on the counter at room temperature. The operator moved the milk inside the cooler at 4C.
Corrective Action(s): All milks and dairy products must be stored inside the cooler at < or = 4C at all times.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A large cardboard box was blocking the main handwashing station. The operator moved the cardboard away from the handwashing station.
Corrective Action(s): Keep this area clear of any obstructions. All handwashing stations must be easily accessible by staff.

Observation: Missing working thermometers inside all refrigeration units. The thermometer inside the dairy undercounter cooler was broken.
Corrective Action(s): Provide working thermometers in all refrigeration units and begin accurate daily temperature logs immediately.

- General sanitation is good.
- The handwashing station (front) supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels.
- All coolers (display, beverage, two undercounter) < or = to 4C.
- All freezers (two upright in the back of the cafe) < or = to -18C.
- All food items are stored in plastic containers with lids or covered in plastic.
- Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Drain plug available, bleach solution available.
- Surface sanitizers available in a spray bottle at 100 ppm bleach solution.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. Dry food items stored min 15cm (6inches) off the floor.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on site. Verified at the time of the inspection
