General observations noted during the inspection. -Ice-cream freezers and chest freezer measured to be -18C. -Beverage glass sliding door coolers measured at 4C. -Dairy shake dispenser cleaned after each use. -Bagged ice stored in sanitary manner. -Handsink equipped with paper towel, liquid soap and hot/cold running water. -QUATS surface sanitizer measured to be 200ppm. -Premises maintained in sanitary condition. -No pest activity detected. Professional pest control company services the facility monthly. -Thermometers present in each refrigeration unit. -Washroom handsink for staff equipped with paper towel, liquid soap and hot/cold running water. -Temperature records available. NOTE: Monitor the temperature of the sandwich display cooler and keep the cover on when needed to ensure that the cold potentially hazardous foods are maintained at 4C or lower.
