Comments

Routine inspection: Pre-packaged food only. Walk-in-cooler was at or below 4 degrees C and was equipped with a working thermometer. Temperature log sheet was being maintained. Pest control was in place 3 times per week for the interior and once per week for the exterior based on the reports. Recent signs of pest activity noted on the reports was low. Food was stored off the ground on pallets in all storage areas. Pallets were pushed away from the walls to leave a clearance in several areas -Good. Food storage areas were clean and organized. Note: Small amount of rodent droppings were observed on pallet with charcoal products, which is to be cleaned today according to the operator. Please keep up with your regular monitoring and integrated pest control measures.
