-General sanitation of premises was satisfactory -Handwashing sink supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel for handwashing. *Ensure staff are washing hands frequently. Glove use is not a replacement for handwashing. -Cooler temperatures were acceptable (4C or colder) -Walk-in cooler 2C -Condiment cooler 4C -Freezers were functioning. Product maintained in a frozen state. -Hot holding of taquitos and wieners on roller was 67-77C -Hot holding of chicken, turkey and pizza was 61-67C in hot holding unit. -Temperature records present and up to date. -Sanitizer (200ppm) present in spray bottle at front service counter and available from dispenser at 3-compartment sink. 3-compartment sink available for dishwashing (no longer being used for storage). -No signs of pest activity noted at the time of the inspection.
