A follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - The dishwashers [Cl2] were still 0ppm. - The dishwashers shall not be used until they are running as per manufacturer's specifications, and the [Cl2] is between 50-100ppm. - Place a sign on the dishwasher that they are not in disposable dishware and/or all dirty dishware and utensils must be take home as there are no ware-washing facilities onsite. Contact our office to schedule a follow-up inspection once the dishwashers have been repaired.
