Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): **REPEAT** Parwar was observed to be in water at 6.4°C in the front display cooler.
**Corrected during inspection** Parwar moved to a cooler at or below 4C.

Recommended to keep smaller amount of parwar in the display cooler for display only if unit cannot maintain temperatures of 4°C or less.

Observation: 1. **REPEAT** Mice droppings observed at back of the facility in the following areas: on wooden pallets, near garage-style back door and throughout walls of back area. Operator has informed that pest company.
2. Fruit flies still observed throughout the facility.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Contact pest control company and inform them about the pest activities. Follow instructions provided by Pest Control.
In meantime, if no instructions are received by pest control, clean areas with droppings with 5000ppm bleach solution (1 part bleach, 10 part water). Use pail and rag to clean.
2. Remove spoiled products from facility.

Observation: 1. Styrofoam container was observed to be holding parwar in water in the produce display cooler as it is not non-porous or easy to clean. Operator has stated a food grade container has been ordered and is awaiting delivery.
Corrective Action(s): Switch to using food-grade container to hold food as soon as available.

Observation: 1. Walk-in freezer observed to have ice formed on the door seal preventing the door from properly closing.
2. Far-left display freezer measured at -7.0°C.
Opearator has stated refrigeration technician has been contacted, awaiting service visit. No ETA provided by technician.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Clear the ice on the door of the walk-in freezer and service the unit to maintain -18C or less.
2. Service the display freezer to maintain -18C or less.

Health rationale: Cold potentially hazardous food kept at 4C - 60C (danger zone) may lead to potential pathogen growth/or toxin production.

Pest control technician refuses to communicate with operator. Operator currently working through property manager to get reports.
