Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Found wiping rags sitting out on the counter, and only 1 bucket found on Orange Julius side.
2. Found blenders for Orange Julius sitting upside down on a shelf above the sink in pooling water
Corrective Action(s): 1. - Must keep wiping rags in sanitizer to prevent bacterial growth.
- Ensure to keep sanitizer available on the Dairy Queen side as well
2. Ensure shelf above sink for blenders has perforations to allow for water to drain away and not pool, which could lead to mold and bacterial growth.

2. Found ice scoop sitting directly on cardboard box of pop

2. Must keep ice scoop in a washable container
3. Must keep food and food contact surfaces off the floor. More shelving/storage space is required.

- Hand sinks had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water
- 3 compartment sink had 200 ppm quat
- sanitizer bucket under sink had 200 ppm quat
- no signs of pest activity noted during inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory.

NOTE: more shelving and/or storage is required as back storage room is at capacity and back area where 3 compartment sink is immovable. As premises was not built to include the shelving that was originally approved for the the space, alternative means of storage are required or the menu will need to be reduced to accommodate the storage that is present.

NOTE: repair shelf for the blenders to allow for water to be removed and the blenders to properly dry
