-Follow-up inspection to June 24, 2019. -Beef burger cooler has been serviced and was at 4C (top and bottom area). Service technician was on-site at the time of inspection and fan was serviced. -Prep line foods are still unable to maintain 4C or less on a consistent basis. Facility will use time as a control measure. The time when the item was placed on the line must be recorded (either on paper or on cooler insert covers) and food items must be used up or discarded with 2 hours. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
