The kitchen is not in use at the time of inspection.
General sanitation - excellent.
Handsink supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
There are 2 two compartment sinks in the center of the kitchen, both functioning with hot/cold running water.
Surface/Bleach sanitizer spray in spray bottle at 100 ppm chlorine residual.
Single domestic cooler/freezer unit: cooler was at 3.1 deg C; freezer - satisfactory.
Very small amount of food on site (mostly not potentially hazardous food).
Note: High temperature dishwasher is turned off at the time of inspection (ensure that on rinse cycle temperature minimum 71 deg C).
No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
