Routine inspection conducted:

- Walk in cooler at 2 degrees C. Food is protected from potential contamination.
- Maketable at 2 to 4 degrees C (above) and 2 degrees C (below).
- Dough cooler at 1 degree C
- Salad cooler at 4 degrees C (above) and 1 degree C (below)
- Beverage cooler at 3 degrees C
- Reach in freezer at -14 degrees C
- Temperature records are maintained. Records on site are up to date.
- Hot and cold running water, sanitizer, detergent, and three sink plugs are available for manual ware washing at the three compartment sink.
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available in labeled spray bottles at 200 ppm quats*
- Utensils and equipment are stored in sanitary condition.
- Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Staff member observed to be properly washing hands.
- No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection
- FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection
- Permit is posted at the front
*One sanitizer bottle containing a small amount of liquid and was tested at 100 to 200 ppm quats--bottle was emptied at time of inspection. Ensure sanitizer is maintained at 200 ppm quats.
