Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing station fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Walk in cooler and milk cooler measured at 4C or less.
Display freezer measured at -18C or less.
Coffee machine and slurpee machine cleaned daily (surface cleaned every 2 hours).
General sanitation is adequate. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Routine pest control service in place.
Washroom in sanitary condition and fully equipped.
General food storage practice is adequate.
