Observation: A few mouse droppings observed in the dry storage room and in some floor areas of the kitchen:
-on shelves of dry storage room such as the bags of peppper packets and floors (did not observe any tampered foods) -most of the lightly packaged foods (ie. soft plastic, paper, cardboard, nylon) observed in rodent proof containers
-floor wall joint areas of kitchen a few droppings behind shelves/counters
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all areas where droppings are observed (a high powered flashlight recommended when inspecting for droppings)-if the droppings are around the food cans or hard plastic foods then the exterior of the packages have to be sanitized as well

Operator to send the next pest control report from Terminix (email) -they come on a monthly basis as per operator -live traps observed throughout
