- All handsinks in kitchen are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers- walkin cooler, two upright cooler and prep cooler - are measured at less than 4C
- All freezers are functional (walk-in freezer and upright freezer) at less than -18C
- Hot holding unit is greater than 60C
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 73C during final rinse at the dish surface
- Sanitizer solution buckets with cleaning cloth are measured at 200ppm quats sanitizer
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- FoodSafe is verified at the time of inspection
- Temperature logs are available for review.
