Comments

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Cooler 4C; freezer -8C; thermometer present.
- Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Bleach sanitizer in spray bottles were 200ppm. Ensure NOT to exceed this strength as it will leave too much chemical residual on surfaces that might get into food.
- All foods stored on 6" off the floor on shelves and platforms. Foods stored in groups to prevent cross contamination, raw proteins stored separately or below RTE foods.
- No expired foods in use.
- General sanitation level is good.
- No signs of pests. Monthly contract with Abell Pest Control to monitor for pests. No chemical means of eliminating pests shall be used inside a food facility, only mechanical means (catch all traps, snap traps, glueboards). Chemical methods can be used on the exterior of the building only.
- Light fixtures shall have shatterproof bulbs, or light covers, or plastic tubes enclosing each light bulb. This will protect food and prevent glass from falling into food if the bulbs break.
- All in order.
