Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Boxes containing ketchup are stored on the ground inside the storage room. Crate of bottled water stored on the ground next to deep fryer.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food products are stored at least 6 inches off the ground to reduce the likelihood of pests from contaminating the food. Operator removed boxes of ketchup off the ground and will purchase a crate to keep bottled water off the ground.

Routine inspection conducted. The following observations are noted:
- Hand wash stations have hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Coolers are 4C and below
*Note: Galanz coolers next to 3 compartment sink and hand wash station has an ambient temperature ~6.7C to 10C. No proteins or cooked vegetables are stored inside both coolers at the time of inspection.
- Freezer temperatures are -17C to -20C
- Bleach solution available in spray bottle has concentration of 200 ppm
- Operator has FOOD SAFE Level 1
- Permit posted in a visible location
- No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection
- Kwality Pest Control conducts monthly inspections - last inspection is August 17, 2022 - reports no signs of pest activity.
- General sanitation of the facility is satisfactory

Note: Do NOT use cardboard to line the shelves. Cardboard cannot be easily cleaned. Recommend using a tray such as a baking sheet that is smooth and easily cleanable.
