Front display cooler currently being serviced by technician. Cooler still not cold holding at <4c.
Corrective Action(s): Replace wire rack shelving
Do not use cooler until technician has certified unit is capable of cold holding at <4c

Observation: Top side of ice maker on drink dispenser unit observed with substantial mould build up
Correction: Drink dispenser is closed. Clean and sanitize unit. Unit cannot be used until I have verified it has been properly cleaned.

Observation: Top side of ice maker on drink dispenser not properly cleaned as mould still observed inside.
Correction: Drink dispenser is closed and must remain closed until I have conducted a follow up inspection to verify cleaning has been done properly.

Ice machine top side has now been adequately cleaned. Ensure unit is cleaned and sanitized at least monthly.
