All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Note that the TV Dinner freezer had an ambient temperature of - 2 C and was on a defrost cycle. Ensure that this is monitored so that it goes down to -18 C. No evidence of pests, pest control records available on site. General sanitation was satisfactory.
