Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
Hand sink blocked with a bucket at the time of inspection. THIS IS A REPEAT VIOLATION.
Corrective Action(s):
Remove bucket and ensure hand sink is always fully accessible at all times. Designated hand washing stations must be fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water, and be accessible at all times during operation.

Observation:
One cooler not in operation at the time of inspection. Operator informed that the cooler is not in use but a part for the cooler is on order and should be repaired very soon. No food items stocked in the cooler at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s):
Repair cooler and ensure no food is stored in the cooler until it is repaired and temperature has reached 4 degrees Celsius or below. To be corrected ASAP.

Routine Inspection:
- All coolers (except one - see code 308 above) maintained below 4 degrees Celsius.
***Note: 3-door cooler at back end of facility is turned off and used at storage only.***
- All freezers maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
- All food items stored at least 6 inches off the floor and in pest proof containers.
- Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle = 200 ppm.
- Bleach available for manual dishwashing in 3-compartment sink.
- Pest control comes in monthly.
- No signs of any pest activity at the time of inspection. All traps empty/clear.
- Washroom clean and sink fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Overall cleanliness and maintenance of facility satisfactory at time of inspection.
